FAQ

  • What are the hours of operation?
    The office is open Monday- Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday- 9am-12pm and closed Saturday and Sundays. (We have a 24 hour on call number available for emergency purposes only)
  • What insurance do your company accept?
    We currently accept private pay, Medicaid waivers (including CCC plus) and some private insurances. Please contact us with eligibility questions.
  • Do you provide services for children?
    Children will need to be assessed and screened by our nursing staff to determine if our company is able to sufficiently meet the child needs.
  • Does your company offer 24-hour care?
    For private pay clients 24-hour care services can be discussed, unfortunately Medicaid and some other private insurance companies do not have a 24-hour care benefit.
  • What services do your company provide?
    Our company provides non-skilled Personal Care services including but not limited to assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, transporting, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping and accompanying clients to medical related appointments.
  • Can someone in my family be my paid caregiver?
    Yes. family members can be paid caregivers, if they meet the required qualifications and have a valid Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistance (CNA) certificate/license. For Medicaid recipients, our company will follow the proper guidelines listed in the DMAS- Care Coordination manual.
  • What is Respite?
    Respite care provides short-term relief for primary caregivers.
